Multiple CDs to 1 DVD

Is there any way I can convert a multiple CD game onto a single DVD? A lot of the games I have bought have been on several CDs(to name the most annoying one Unreal Tournament 2004 with 6 CDs). Is there anyway I can take the CDs and make them install by using one DVD?
