I have Swap Magic 3.3 & it says I can use it by memory card, what exactly do they mean? I will no loger have to physically insert my swap magic?

Are you talking about the SMBOOT file? If so, it's cdloader. If put on your memcard it will activate automatically if the original SM 3.3 disc is detected.
