DvdReMake problem

I'm using DvdReMake 2.5.5 to delete menus on stargate season 3 but i'm having problems. What i'm trying to do is put the first 2 episodes on one dvd-r and last 3 on another. For first disc I delete the menus of episodes 3, 4 and 5 and I have no problems. For the 2nd disc I delete the menus of episodes 1 & 2 (to back up episodes 3, 4 & 5) but when I test it and play episode 3 it plays episode 1 instead and when I play episode 4 it plays episode 2 etc...

Can someone please help me with this problem.
