Try this site, I use them for all my mod chips i do for ps2's and x-box. very reliable, never had a duff chip yet and with u in a week or sooner.

I modded my PS2 V7 with a Magic 3.1 chip and I love it! The soldering wasn't as bad as people make it out to be, you 've just got to have a steady hand and a bit of patience. I'm also an Electrical Engineer so I'm used to working with small surface mount things.
