fps problem - movie plays really slow

hi guys,

I followed djrumpy's guide 4 converting DVD to XviD.
First problem was white lines & a sort of blurriness around the actors heads - found out it was an interlace problem (i think), I added bob 2 my .avs file, fixed the white lines problem but now the movie plays in slow mo.

fps was around 25 now its about half that.My .avs file looks like this:

loadplugin("C:\Documents and Settings\Wernich\My Documents\DVD\Spidey2\New Folder\DGDecode.dll")
mpeg2source("dvd2avi.d2v")
Bob
Crop(0,60,0,-64)
LancZosResize(640,480)

Can someone please help me 2 fix this?
