Hi..My OS bootable disk somehow got currupted and will not go through a new installation..I am a beginner so after a lot of reading after which I still do not understand what I am doing?? I used IsoBuster and right clicked on the CD Title and chose Extract from the panel that appeared ..I then chose a directory for the files to go...Away it went..but One file was currupted and I had to click ignore three times to get past the file then later I struck another file but retry got past it....

Now if I burn what I have extracted is it an image of my OS disk/can I make it an image.....I took particular note of the two currupted files names and I have both files in a non currupted state.....But what I want is a bootable disk so need expert advice on how I can achieve this and how I should tackle replacing the two currupted files..Sorry about my inadequate explanation but hopefully somebody can tell me if I am on the right road to fixing my problem.Any help is much appreciated ...Ron NZ.
