Whats up? Ok i have been burning dvds for 2 days now and every thing is going good and heres the order i do things.

Dvd decrypter
dvd2avi
tmpgenc
chapter extractor
spruce dvd maestro
gear pro dvd
My question is can i avoid doing dvd2avi and get the same results. Cause most of the dvds wont fit on a disk at first so i use Dvd decrypter to copy just the basic movie to my Harddrive so thats why i ask do i really need dvd2avi if the movie will fit and if i dont does that mean i can skip tmpgenc as well and just move on to chapter xtractor. Any help would be possible especially if some one could give me the proper order. And does avoiding any of these steps take away the quality of the finished product.

If the movie fits, then do step 1 and the last. Just Rip and Burn.
