I'm looking for a definitive answer as to which of these processors would have a greater reduction in transcoding times?

AMD MP 2200+
or
AMD XP 2800

I want to run a dual-processor MoBo, but I want to know if the dual AMD MPs will out perform the XPs in terms of transcoding times?
