Ok so here is my problem. I tried to get the answers I needed from reading the other threads, but got so confused and none of them seems to be addressing my problem.

I've got a new panasonic plasma tv with a digital receiver for dolby surround system and a sattuner. The only thing I'm missing is a recording capability since my sattuner was pretty cheap.

Is there anyway in using Windows Media Center or similar software with my existing Home Theatre System?
I don't to buy a new pc and want to use my old one. I got a amd 1.4 + ddrram 512 + geforce 5600 + 100gb hd.

Anyone has an idea?
