HELP! V220 - MPT Problem

PLEASE HELP!

I have three V220's. I am running MPT 3.##. 2 of the phones work with MPT and I have no problem uploading files to video/audio. The third will not connect, constantly says initializing and brings up a different skin then the normal V220..... what could be going on!?

The USB connection could be bad. Make sure the cover is completely out of the way and not obstructing the connection. When the cable is attached can you wiggle the cable at the connection point or is it a solid fit?

I use the same cable for all 3. Works fine on the other 2

my point was the connection on the phone could be bad, not the cable. It's obvious the cable works. Could just be that ONE phone is quirky. Take it in to a Cingular store or whatever wireless carrier you're using and ask them to check it. Tell them your other phones work just fine, but this one will not make a connection on your computer.
