Backing up Tv Show Friends Problems

im having problems backing up the TV show "Friends". Ive been using DVD Shrink and DVD Decryptyer but to no use. It goes through the whole process like it shud, finishes, but nothing is on the disc?

What could be wrong? Help would be much appreciated
