i've been using ritek go4 disc, purple ones to back up ps2 games. it was working fine, but now the games are freezing up when loading, the screen at insert disc turns green then blue. i'm sure its the media, anyone know a better media?

actually i was reading other post and the games i'm having trouble with are gta and mortal kombat, would dvd+r work any better.

I used tdk dvd+r and dvd-r for GTA San Andreas and they work fine. My Ritek didn't work that well with GTA San Andreas.

TDK is my recommendation. Verbatim is great as well.
