If the movie is a true mpeg (not a 'riff file', like an AVSEQ01.MPG from a SVCD) you can use the method written in http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/110106 .
If the movie is a 'ripped riff file' read http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/113405 .
See? Everything was already ready!
