I'm pretty sure it is possible but I do not know how to do it. I have a dms3 mod chip that enables Dev mode when holding the triangle button on start up. Is there a way to get HD Loader to boot up from the hard drive when holding the triangle button at start up? Thanks in advance.

Oh God!
Smith will suffice.

do a search for mem card exploits, you have to ftp certain files to your mem card using execftps and an ftp client on your pc (flashxp is good) but generally search these forums, its where I learnt how to do it :)
