Hallo,

a friend have installed the Mode Chip on my Playstation. He have a technical job and
he works very offen with the soldering iron
on boards.

I have no problems with the original games, but
with the backups. If the playstation is cold, I
can't play backups, I become a black screen.
If I play a original game for few minutes than
I can play backups.

The solder places are good and are not to much
solder, too.

I have no idea, please help.

Try flashing the chip with the latest firmware. You may have the homebrew version. Get the latest firmware here http://www.infinitymod.com/cgi-bin/matrix/site.pl?page=infinity_software
