I have a similar problem with the Ridata branded Riteks from Office Max they were the GO2's DVD+ I have a number of back ups that will lock and freeze. They were burned at 4x speed. I did put labels on them. My situation is that they seem to be fine for a while but after repeated playing they start to freezes and lock up. I have since switched to the GO4's and I'm not labeling them and burning at 2x this time and to see if this may cure my situation. I'm using the TDK invida 880N as my burner of choice.. Anyone else have this problem?

You need to use dvdidentifier to see what discs you have.

Mine works a treat, I can't understand why you could not get info. Did you use it properly?
Never heard of that before, first time for everything I suppose!
