DVD dycrypter I/O error!

Im trying dvd decrypter for the first time here is the error i get..

I/O ERROR!
DEVICE:[1:0:0]_NEC DVD_RW ND-2500A 1.06 (F:)(ATA)
SCSISTATUS:0X02
INTERPRETATION: CHECK CONDITION

CDB: 28 00 00 20 26 80 00 00 01 00
INTERPRETAION:READ (10)- SECTOR:2107008

SENSE AREA: F0 00 03 00 20 26 80 0A 00 00 00 00 11 00 00 00 00 00
INTERPRETATION: UNRECOVERED READ ERROR


the dvd is new not scratched, all regions but i selected china which is where it came from. i think i have the aspi updated correctly.

does anybody know what i can do to make this work?
