All i wana do is take all the extra's out of the DVD b4 burning to make for the best/Cleanest Burn I can...I have been looking for more info on the editing of this but cant seam to find a good page?
The following link will take you to BBMayo's home page and he has very good and easy to follow instructions layed out for your convenience. Even has illustrations to assist in the methodology. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
Are you wanting to just remove the extras (ie keep the menus) or do you want to make a movie only disc? DVD Shrink can definitely do the second one, and sort of do the first (you'll end up with a still image in place of each extra). For more advanced editing you could use DVDReMake or DVDReMake Pro. You can find a guide for that and much more on AD's Guides page. Here's a direct link to the DVDReMake guide:

Oh, and after looking at BBMayo's page I'd take the comment at the bottom (that you won't be able to tell the difference with 80% compression) with a grain of salt. It's certainly true that some people can't tell the difference, but it's equally true that a lot of us can. There are many factors that affect this including (but not limited to) how well the movie was encoded on the original DVD, the amount of motion and detail in the video, your playback equipment, and your own eyes. The only way to know if you can tell the difference is to try it out for yourself.
