hello again i just got done burning my first dvd and it seemed to turn out pretty good thanks for your help, i used your website to guide me through but one step has me a little stumped...when i am using dvd shrink and i click back up, according to your guide i am then supposed to on the quality settings chanel tab and then check the box that says "perform deep analysis" but on my computer this box is faded away and it wont let me click on it, if you know what could be causing this please let me know.. again i appreciate your time and help with this issue.

it's one of two things. Either the original is less than 4.35GB so no deep analysis is needed or you've backed it up before and it's done the analysis already.
