MY DVDXCOPY XPRESS WILL READ BUT NOT WRITE WITH DVDROM/CD-RW(D DRIVE) AND MY NEWLY INSTALLED INTERNAL OPTORITE 12X DVD+-RW DOUBLE LAYER(E DRIVE). WITH THE D DRIVE DISCONNECTED I AM ABLE TO READ/WRITE/BURN DVD'S NOW. I BOUGHT THIS SOFTWARE FROM DVDXCOPY INTERNATIONAL AND HAVE CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS EXCELLENT SOFTWARE. HOPEFULLY, THIS PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.

One thing to try if you want to use both drives, try making you burner the master and the cd writer the slave. And double check your jumpers, make sure they are set correctly
