HDLoader/Advance question.. Burned games.

I am fairly new to this, I just ordered Swap magic 3.3 to play burned games. Obviously I have an unmodded playstation, my question is if I install a HD how do I load and play burned games from the HD with HDLoader or HDAdanvace? The FAQs I have read for them say they will only load/play original games. Is it possible to play burned games from the HD?
