I've burned games such as Burnout 3 and Mortal Kombat Deception and Rumble Roses and all the games worked fine 3 days ago and now everytime if goes through a loading stage it just never loads. Does anyone know what the problem can be?

same damn thing is happening to me right now, but its dbz3 dj fight for NY among others. newer games. damn games worked flawless (many played through) and now at a loading screen (past the title, actually in game) the damn thing just stops loading, no errors, disc is spinning but the laser stops looking for info... what the hell?

cds work older dvd backups work. same media. the laser has weakened?
