its not easy. you have to edit the game files and change the cd checks to dvd checks.
V9 PS2, flip top, SMD, DVDLoader

Why would you want to put a cd .iso onto a DVD? Wouldnt that be a waste of a dvd?

Yes mine too. Dont know if youve already tried this, but stand your PS2 on its side. I do this with mine and it'll boot CDR no problem, but if its horizontal it dont want to know. I think its something to do with the laser adjustment but as it boots DVD fine I dont want to mess with it.
