if u have a modded xbox, can u download a PAL game (ie- Pro Evolution Soccer 4) and play it on ur NTSC system? sum ppl apparently can...

yes you can if your xbox chip supports changing video modes (most do) and your TV has them (again most do) just give it a go and see.
