Try toast titanium, i used that a long time ago, but i had many coasters. I recommend burning with windows.

I've backed up games on mac using the disc utility program under in the utilities folder under applications in OS X. just insert your game and in the disc utility window, the disc should show up. select the disc and then in one of the menus (cant remember as im using a windows comp right now) there is a create new image option. choose that and if you selected the disc earlier, you should be able to back up the game.

then what program do i use to burn that image back onto a dvd?
