SwapMagic 3.3 and PA 2

Hi,
I'm new to the forum here, so if this subject has already been covered please forgive me.

I would like to know if it is possible to use SwapMagic 3.3 in conjunction with PA 2. The PA 2 and SwapMagic would be originals, while the game itself would be a backup.

So far I have been able to load up games using these two in combination, but the codes for the PA 2 never seem to carry over.

Any advice on how to perform this procedure would be greatly appreciated.

On another note. I am using SwapMagic 3.3 plus a slide tool on a verions 3000x PS2 and I have yet to experience a single problem.

By PA 2 I meant a Pro Action Replay 2. I believe it is basically the same thing as a Gameshark in America.
