I dont mean to steal your thread but, I was wondering if anyone uses a V551 with MPT. I did the latest update but I can never get my phone to show up It has done it twice. (each time i did an update) But after that it just says no picture avalible. Any Ideas?

I downloaded the file and installed the program (Motorola Phone Tools from your link on this thread) but I'm haveing a problem. The program seems to find my phone when I start the program but then stalls out. The little phone pops up in the corner (GOOD) then stays on "Initializing" forever! (BAD)
Does this have anything to do with not having an Internet connection open? I have dial-up AND have no desire to connect my phone to the net. I just want to move pictures and sounds between my V3 and my PC.

I have the tools for the V3 Razr. I have succesfully copied an MP3 (123Kb) over to use as a ringtone. I have copied a second song (23Kb). When I try to listen to that one on my phone, it tells me the file is corrupt and to delte it...any thoughts why this one won't work? The MP3 plays find from my computer. Thanks!
