if i have a game with a real dnas code on it can i use that exact dnas code for more then one game

yes, I use the same code for all my games. Just has to be the right code for CD or DVD.

Sorry, didnt explain that well. If your patching a CD game you need a CD code, or if its a DVD game you need a DVD code.

oh alrite, so i can use the dnas code in madden on nba 2k5 and basicly every other ps2 dvd game (jus makin surr)

Yes, as long as you get the code from an original DVD game you can use it to patch any other DVD game.
