SOMEBODY PLEAZZZE HELP ME!!!

i just bought a gun controler for xbox and also the game house of the dead 3. here's what kind of controler i bought:

Mad Catz Blaster Xbox

[i[Works with all compatible light gun games
Memory card expansion bay (Memory card not included)
Intense vibration function for added realism
Rubberized grip for ultimate gun control
Traditional D-pad and reload button
Three firing modes: Auto Fire/Auto Reload, Shotgun and Burst

But for some reasons, it's not shooting where i want it to shoot. i can here the shot but no one is getting dropped. i tried to aim the gun closer to the tv and still nothing.

can someone help me out???

Try standind far away from the TV. it might work or just return it and try getting a new one. Ask the store people if they anything about it. thats what i do and the people help me a lot of times.
