DVD XCopy Platinum Activation Code

Happy Holidays! Help! I need assistance in activating my XCopy Platinum. I recently formatted my hard drive and reloaded all my software from scratch. My copy of XCopy was registered earlier this year through 321 Studios. In my attempt to register using the License ID and Password provided, I got a message to the affect that I've used up my alotted activations. Does this mean I can not longer use DVD XCopy? Any assistance is appreciated greatly!
