problems with burning pc game

i've downloaded a pc game in .bin/.cue form. it's protected with safedisc 2.9. used alcohol 120% to create images using the wizard with the data set at safedisc 2/3. i burned it with alcohol then tried to run it with the emulations turned on but it didn't do the trick. tried to run it from both the physical drive and the virtual drive but it still says it can't locate the cd rom. is it my burner? (i have no idea what kind i have) or did alcohol just not do the trick? what should i do?

IT MY BE THE FILE.ALOT PEOPLE HAVE THE PROBLEM AS YOU BUT WITH DIFFERENT GAMES.
