XBOX Tray wont open!!!!HELP!!!!!

I try and click my open button like 30 times, after about 5-20min maybe even like an hour, it finally opens, but i hate doing it every time, is there something easier i can do... I heard about the manual open button with a needle, but that hole is so tiny and you would neeed a needle like 4 inches long!

PLEASE HELP!!

Use a paper clip, it fits in the pin hole very nicely and it only needs to be 2" long.
