New guy what to copy a DVD game. PLEASE HELP!!!! S.O.S

I just got Capcom Vs. SNK 2 PS2 disc (DVD-ROM) , when I put the disc in the Drive, it say the whole DVD-ROM is only 213 MB. So I copy the whole disc onto my computer and I burn it on a CD (because the game is only 213 MB). The burn game didn't work. I try many copying programs like Nero, Alcohol 120%, and DVD Decrypter. All these programs say there is only 213 MB on a DVD disc. So I was wondering: Can you put the whole data on a CD (a other way not copy and burn to a cd), or you can only copy the DVD Game and burn it on a DVD Disc. There is a website that tell burn games, and they got the game on a CD-R. Can you guys help me out.
