Ok ive been reading its not really possible to have ntsc and pal content on the same dvd as dvd specs won't allow it. None of the authoring tools i have will allow it. HOWEVER i have a disc that has both NTSC and PAL on it and it works perfectly on stand alone players.

Anybody tell me how this is done ?
