Hi am looking to buy a mod chip for my new slim sony Ps2.

all I want is a chip that will allow me to play back up games no problems + play live if I wanted to + add a hard drive.

wot is the best chip on the market ?? price isnt inportant just want the best chip so I will never have to update it.

It's a close call, but as far as I know the best chips on the market are DMS4 Lite/Pro and Matrix Infinity. Their reliability and specs are pretty much identical, so I guess you could say you'll be safe with either one. If you happen to own a PAL system, O2Mod would probably be equally adequate.

I would probably say DMS4EZI modchips they are solderless,which means you don't have to take precautions when installing it.It functions as a DMS4 modchip,but is solderless.I think it will actually come out early next month,but am not sure when to be honest.
