Suspended due to non-functional email address

I have installed winmx on my new comp and i can connect to the server use the search button but when i want to dl a file i always get an error message like connection time out, network not responding or file/user unavaible
Do you have anny what can be causing this?
I'm behind a firewall with some port blocked but soulseek is working well

Soulseek doesnt seem to be blocked by much firewalls at in areas where they try to stop p2p use but WinMX is second on the list to kazaa.
