It works for me!

First, u need to download the cd loader for the hd loader. You can found at www.swapmagicfix.com.

Second, burn the program with acohol into a cd.

Third, when u finish with that, simply put the swap magic cd into your ps2. Then swap for the cd loader, then swap for the hd loader ps2owns. Upload your game and voilà.
By the way, change also the jumper of your hard drive to master.
