Help Needed: Failed to Read File "K:/:" Error

Everything has been working for the past couple days and all of the sudden, I put a DVD in my drive and opened up DVD Shrink 3.2. I then clicked Open Disc and it said, "DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to Read File "K:/:"

I tried a bunch more of my old DVD's that previously worked and received the same error.

Why would this error occur out of no where?
