I'm new to dvd burning in general. Here are some of the questions I have.

1. I have read that you should burn ps2 games as slow as possible. Does it matter what rate the dvd media is rated at? ie burn a 4x or 8x dvdr slow as possible?

2. Some of my games are really scratched up. Is there anything to worry about when backing them up?

3. Are there any guides on how to back up dvd9 games?

usual burn speed is x2 max,so dont waste money on x8 dvd-r's.scrathed dvd's will either read or wont read...you can can buy kits to repair such disc's.....which dvd9 games are you talking about???there are not many...regards.
