also just noticed a "new" option, Deep Scan in-
Main Menu-Installation
Is it worth doing a deep scan or just leave well alone?

Hey all. I flashed my eurovox max 2006 blue box not a clone with the new software and now wont work. the remote switches the power on thats it wont change the channels only swithces the power on I think the new software doesnt work on the irish boxes. Then tried flash the old software that wont work.Hope its not broke. Found when press 1004 the lock light comes up not sure what do next. tried scanning with the scart on my tv. cant find menu page. Any ideas people?

No, leave well alone if you are getting the channels, it can take 3 to 5 hours scanning if you use that, I have tried it out of curiosity, so don't bother, I could have made a documentary by the time it finished lol. ;)

What error are you getting, and are you using this fix here it has both the genuine and clone fix bins in it, and you do need to unzip with Winrar, no one else is reporting an error, so a bit more explanation if possible, but i have to go shortly. You will need th GTRom 4.00 Loader, as well.

hi all , Sm1thers thanks for all your help mate tried a different connection , it didnt work mate but i saw Stevie-Du post after i tried a different connection , put the box on sky 2 and it worked a treat. thank for that stevie_Du , it will keep the kids off me back for awhile. So if anybody else is having a problem with the starview 1 ntl ireland try both Sm1thers and Stevie_Du suggestions and hopefully one of them works for you. Thanks again.

I updated my the box super with the GTRom_Super_8[1].02e_081129.zip
Do I need to do anything else to get it working.

Menu> 1570
Go to set default key > press ok
Make sure the key emu is on
Exit to s*y two & let it update.

Hi Folks,
Q: My "The Box" is not accepting the 1570 pin !!!!
When i hit the menu button it goes into the main menu screen (installation, parental control, channel edit, user set up, factory settings, system info). How/Where do i put in 1570
any ideas ???

just in the menu where it says the 6 options. it pops up secretly when you press 1570.

glad u got it sorted, when i tried updating my starviews they would only update on sky 2 after going to 100% and restarting a few times.

Help Please
I'm trying to manually put in the latest codes in a Reply Lite but every time I exit out, when I go back in they don't seem to store them.
I've tried the guide on the Replay Lite thread to the letter, but it still doesn't work. On my eurovox there is a SAVE button. Any one got any advice please?

Lads thanks for all the help. I didnt post at all, just sat back read EVERYTHING. Bought the cables and fixed my box this afternoon.
Legendary work thanks for the info your posts helped me no end and i know i wouldnt have done it without the info.

Have you got auto update switched off when you are doing the manual input?
Also try pressing ok after inputting each line.

Hi Guys - Anyone able to help me please. Have Digivox and have followed all the instructions, loaded new firmware, done factory reset, autoscan, switched on Emu - all channels found, but now its displaying data is being updated (0%), where it seems to be stuck - any easy solution to this??

Any idea what the prov id is for Chorus Ireland on the ReplayLite?
I know its 5E01 on the eurovox....is it just 5E on the RL?
