Sorry i dont tend to look through 10 pages of posts, Maybe you should calm down a bit... Getting all serious over answering a question... it took you a few keystrokes and proberly less then 3 seconds to type it... so theres no need.

hey dave, why dont you go and do what everyone else is doing? its called research. read through the past 10 - 12 pages of posts and you will get your answers. if not in those pages then ask the question.

Any Idea as to when the iXtreme 1.6 will be released? I hear this week but i heard that for about a week now. I am planing to Flash my first xbox360 and i want it to be with iXtreme 1.6. also does this iX1.5 play wave 3 in stealth?

1.51 does. As far as I know 1.6 will only add the 0800 capabilities. This allows you to put an activate dvd in drive and use it to rip games to computer.

What do u mean put an active dvd into a drive and rip to comp? I never heard of that. is it usefull to have have 1.6 rather 1.5?

just flashed my Hitachi 79 with the tutorial ,..wow so easy and so smooth ,..love it ,..i would love to make a donation to the jungle flasher team and abgx team any idea how i can do this please

Mmm... can we change a PAL XBOX 360 into NTSC? ( Sorry if it is a nooby question... Just wondering after modding PS2s play both PAL and NTSC... Why cant the same be done with XBOX 360? Is MS that good in their console protection? I love when someone hacks MS stuff... :D )

There is not a way to alter the region that I know of. May be possible but as I just use region free versions and like to keep my box unbanned I have not looked into it.

Hi Guys,
Just thought I'd add my experience to the forum (incase it helps out in any way). I got my Xbox360 flashed many years ago and I think it was with one of the first versions of the extreme fw. Anyway I've never go online (dont think I ever will), but I'd just like to say that I'd got HAWX to work ok and the NXE update worked fine too.

Thanks for the answers belenos and stealthdf... Well some games does not come as region free... For example Armored Core - For Answer. I wanted to play the game badly after watching the trailer, But it never got released in PAL. My console is PAL and I was not able to play it :( I think they will not release a PAL or Region Free version... because the same thing happened to Armored Core 4 as well

yea some games will be something like asian regions or just Japanese alone. in those cases we are all out of luck most of the time. i think there is a mod chip that you could get installed and could play any region but sometimes chips are expensive and you either have to know how to solder very well and carefully or pay someone to install for you which adds to the cost. Most of the time you arent missing out on that much unless you just absolutely love japanese games.

Yea... at first I was not aware of these stuff. Later on ( Actually after joining this forum ) I got to know many things about the XBOX 360 and how it works and stuff. Hope it would be better if I got a NTSC version instead of PAL. I never play Japanese games though. Mmmm... Hoping to go for another console which is NTSC :)
