I know there are various reasons for slow downloads some of which we control, like manually adjusting your upload and download, which to me kind of defeats the purpose of file sharing and perpetuating the system. I know that your speed is also controled by your internet provider, your router and the other peer member and the number of peers providing files. But outside of these things there seem to be other reasons at work to reduce your download speeds. Considering no manual manipulation by the peer member and other factors I've still noticed slow downloads even when connected to someone who has t1 service. Even when being fed by multi users some speeds will be faster or slower than others. I've seem discussion of this subject by those using bittorent but do the same solutions work with Winmx. Any thoughts as to what the solution might be? Thanks
