I'm confused, please help with MGS3 and GTASA

Ok, i didn't download any dvd loader or whatever, i havent tried anything yet, i wanna know what i need to do.

First, i burned MGS3, and it went up to the Dolgi Logic screen, and then it didnt turn on.

Second, GTASA gets to the loading screen, then i get a disk read error.

Sly cooper 2 works fine, so my disk isnt bad.

I tried that thing with refresh TOC, but whenever i put in an original PS2 game, it doesnt stop spinning, and when i just took it out and swapped, it didnt work.

What should i do ? thanks for the help. Sorry im a noob..
