Cant load the Java App

Suspended due to non-functional email address

Hi can any one tell me plz whats wrong?
Trying to set Games via USB CABLE on V220
Software
PST 6.7
Midway 2.8
JAD Generatordownload PST 6.7+ and load up the program with the phone already
plugged in via USB cable.
1)Selected NEW, then KJava Files
2)then Click READ FROMPHONE (picture of a arrow POINTING AWAY from the phone)
3)PST Programmer in Progress
(then the problem starts)
The progress bar gets to 50%, and it says "Suspending phone" The phone does 'seem' to get suspended for a tiny bit, but then it turns itself back on, and after this happens i get an "Interface Error" "Please power cycle phone and repeat operation again".
Does anyone have any idea what could wrong here? installation seemed to work like a charm, I just can't get the darn thing to suspend the phone. Any help is GREATLY appreciated
