alright ive got a symphonic dvd player.it says it plays dvd-r.but when i burned polar express for my daughter it wouldnt read it.whats my problem


thank you ps i had an image so maybe you can give my instructions on how to play it

We could use more information as to how you did the process. If this was a download file it needs converted to the proper dvd format to play. Check this guide if thats the case.
