process error message with shrink????

I rip with dvd decrypter. Then I go to DVD shrink and it analyzes. Then when I go to backup i choose what program I want to burn with. I click ok then an error message pops up saying:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue

Failed to open file C:\IRobot.IOO

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

No matter what disk I try on shrink it keeps doing the same thing. I updated my firmware and it has been doing it ever since.

Please help. Thanks

Hi I had same problem. ripped movie 2 times. Could not figure out why shrink would not acces file. Then 3rd try I let dycrypter put movie where it wanted to instead of the My movie file I created and shrink accessed an I was able to shrink and burn to disk. I still don't know whats wrong. Will be interested to here what others have to say
