Ok,I have made a great divx movie and yes,
I have this great *.srt file which contains
the subtitles.Well,I have a question.What if
I want to split the movie? Then the file
doesn't act right.I mean,when I load the 2nd
part of the movie and then load the subtitles
the srt file thinks that this is the 1st
part :( I hope u can understand what I mean.
The point is...how can I split the srt file
so it fits 100% perfect to each part of the
movie?

DivX-Digest.com has excellent selection of subtitle tools, you can find tools for splitting subtitle files from there.
