I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT "V4 No Soldering MOD Chip" USERS!!!

Ok, whoever wrote those instructions from modchipstores.com didn't work. Ok I'm going to start from after burning your ps2 copy DVD game.

1. Load DVD Magic Swap 3 version 3.3 into ps2 tray, close it.
2. It will then go to a screen that says "Load Program" (now this is what I did, might be different for others), press and hold down the eject, the tray will then open a little faster than usual.
3. While still holding the eject button down, the power light will turn from green to orange. Quickly take out the DVD Magic Swap 3 disc, and place your burnt PS2 DVD disc in (you have to do it pretty fast so make sure you have your PS2 disc ready).
4. The tray will close, and you will see that the "Load Program" option is still highlighted and lightly blinking, pres "X" on the control button, and it should load your game.
