EvoX wont stay on xbox

i made a boot disk for Evox and put it in my xbox. i got the screen for evowith the disk in.but when i dont have the disk in and boot my xbox it is not evo but thr X3 screen. i dont know if that is supposed to happen or what.someone please tell me what im doing wrong. thanks in advance
