smartripper doesn't decode all the vobs

When i use smartripper to decode the DVD it ends up it completes the process but it misses about half an hour of the movie, adn it did with all 4 movies I tried, why is that? I'm using XP pro and Smartripper 2.41. Help will be very much appreciated.

try using dvd dycrepter instead of smart ripper this is a great dvd ripper

If you are using ntfs I´ve read you have to increase the maxfilesize in settings menu.
(Switched to DVD decrypter bofore I tried but it should work).
